Sponsored seminar 60-90 minutes seminar

Engage meaningfully and build on the Annual Meeting theme, with the assembled global EPCA community.

Sponsored sessions are fully organized and coordinated by the session host (sponsor) at the scheduled time and allow the company to take advantage of the presence of EPCA Annual Meeting participants.

GOLD Knowledge Sponsor session: The highest level of sponsorship; includes the maximum visibility, allowing the sponsor to deliver their key messages on the topics impacting our industry today (sustainability, circularity, the European Green Deal, war of talents etc.)  There is no better way to establish your organisation’s status as a true industry leader! Up to 90 minutes are fully organized and coordinated by the session host at the scheduled day and time.

EPCA will cover the space rental at the InterContinental Berlin (max. 50-70 persons) for a maximum duration of 75 minutes.

All other costs, beverages (spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.) and food (canapés, etc.) are the responsibility of the sponsor and must be arranged directly with the hotel.
The sponsor is welcome to bring their own roll-up banners, brochures, napkins and other marketing materials for the duration of the reception.

As part of the public area, the Garden Lounge is open to all attendees, giving you the opportunity to be visible to a wider audience. Please note that the reception will not be advertised in the official EPCA program. The sponsor is free to extend personal invitations to meet delegates and maximize the opportunity.

All logistics around this event must be coordinated by the sponsor and the hotel, EPCA cannot intervene.
